Photos are shrunk before they're saved, so they stay sharp but take about a tenth of the space.
Bring people in from a spreadsheet (CSV) or contact cards (vCard). On iPhone, open Contacts, tap a contact, then Share Contact, and save it to Files. On Android, you can pick straight from your phone.
Paste a text, Messenger, WhatsApp or email conversation, or add screenshots. It becomes a tidy note in the person's history, with any promises pulled out as to-dos.
This is saved in the access log.
